ELIGIBILITY
Promotion runs between May 22, 2006 12:01 PDT and July 22, 2006 11:59 PM PDT. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York, Florida and wherever prohibited by law) who are 18 and older. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Employees of PriceRunner ("Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, sign-up as a PriceRunner member and complete the survey. Entries also will be accepted by mail stating the Participant’s full name and contact information (postal address, email address, telephone and fax numbers) addressed to PriceRunner Savvy Shopper Goes to Hawaii Contest, 30699 Russell Ranch Road, Suite 250, Westlake Village, CA 91362.

Participants may submit one additional entry for each new PriceRunner member referred or each new review of a product or merchant, up to a maximum of fifty (50) entries per participant. Participation in this Promotion constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

DRAWING
The Prize winner will be selected randomly by a random number generator on or before August 1, 2006 . In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the name of the registered user. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of on-line entry form will be accepted. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize: Savvy Shopper Goes to Hawaii. The Grand Prize consists of a one-week trip for two people to Honolulu, Hawaii. Trip includes round trip coach class airfare for two people from major airport nearest winner's home (selected at Sponsor's discretion) to Honolulu International Airport; single room double occupancy hotel accommodations in Waikiki Beach for seven nights (including hotel taxes); ground transportation between Honolulu International Airport and your hotel; car rental for two days (mid-size category) and $500 cash. Additional ground transportation, meals, tips, entry fees, activity charges, insurance and other personal expenses not specifically included above are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. All arrangements must be made through Sponsor. Trip must be completed prior to January 31, 2007. No minors may accompany winner on prize trip unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Travel companion of winner must sign and return liability and publicity release prior to travel. Parent/legal guardian will be required to sign and return the release for companion if the travel companion is a minor.

• During the trip, Winner must participate as a PriceRunner Savvy Shopper and will be required to spend between two to four hours scouting prices at selected Honolulu stores at such time and place to be designated by Sponsor.

Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is: $3,300. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure and winner's choice of activities. Any difference between estimated value and actual value will not be awarded to winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is not transferable, or assignable. No prize substitutions, except as provided herein. All taxes, including federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. If required by law, winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form (winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding prize winnings).

Four (4) Third Prizes: The Third Prize consists of the following:

Prizes will be awarded in the order listed above.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted on or before August 1, 2006by Sponsor, whose interpretation of the rules and decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about August 30, 2006 and will have ten (10) days to claim the prize or a new winner for that prize will be selected by random drawing from the same datapool. Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release before award of prize. Failure to comply will result in the forfeit of the prize and the selection of a substitute winner from remaining eligible entries.

All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with the official rules. Travel needs to be redeemed between September 1, 2006 and January 31, 2006. (Excluding all holidays).

GENERAL
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters pertaining to Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Washington. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize and all expenses not explicitly included in the description of the prize above are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. Entrants grant to Sponsor and its respective advertising, promotional or judging agencies the right to use their name, state and submission online and in print in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes once their eligible entry has been selected without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, hometown and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and its advertising, promotional and judging agencies from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or any prize won. Sponsor, participating prize partners, any telephone network, service providers and sweepstakes on-line are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted here. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of this sweepstakes or website or violates the Official Rules of this sweepstakes or Terms and Conditions of this site. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and its advertising, promotional and judging agencies from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or mutilated entries by mail, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed by computer transmissions.

Participant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
