According to Jupiter Research, 2005 online holiday sales will reach $26 billion in the U.S., and PriceRunner wanted to find out just how far consumers are willing to go to find the lowest price this holiday season. So PriceRunner sent a “Price Runner” up to North Pole, Alaska and found that most residents there actually shop in Fairbanks, about 13 miles away.
