Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Amendment

OBJECTIVES:

Pricerunner has developed a Customer Satisfaction Evaluation (“CSE”) system to measure customer satisfaction for online retailers. The CSE will ask consumers specific questions directly after they have completed a purchase transaction on the retailer’s website. The information gathered can be used by the retailer to improve their business. Relevant parts of the survey will also be displayed on Pricerunner’s web site.

The co-operation between COMPANY and Pricerunner is to strengthen COMPANY’s brand and to present qualified ratings and reviews provided by COMPANY’s own customers.

AGREEMENT:

COMPANY will participate in the following survey:

• Customer Satisfaction Evaluation (CSE) Basic (free of charge)

DATA:
• Ratings and reviews for the survey are published on Pricerunner’s price list and review pages. A minimum of ten (10) respondents from both Part 1 Evaluation of Purchase and Part 2 Evaluation of Delivery is required in order to be published on Pricerunner.

COSTS:
No set-up fee will be charged. No monthly fee will be charged. Pricerunner accepts the costs for all relevant hardware and software and for the powering of the CSE in its present form. If changes are required, costs will be added for services rendered.

CONDITIONS:
This amendment is valid when both parties have signed the Pricerunner Merchant Agreement and Pricerunner has received signed versions of the agreement. Pricerunner owns all data from CSE. COMPANY has the right to use and publish results from The Survey. This right is valid as long as COMPANY is has direct product links from Pricerunner. This right will expire if COMPANY ceases to maintain a commercial partnership with Pricerunner. COMPANY will specify Pricerunner as its source when using any results from The Survey.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
The contents of the amendment are confidential. Each of the Parties agrees not to disclose Confidential Information of which it may be aware, except to its employees and agents whose responsibilities are closely linked to the performance of the amendment and to whom such information is absolutely necessary in connection with the performance of their employment agreement. Reporting format, charts, questionnaire and similar data and documents are to be treated as confidential information.
