Title of review
What are the strengths? The optional attachments are great, I got the pasta making attatchment which quickly makes home made pasta. A really powerful machine, whips egg whites and cream in no time at all, and makes kneading bread dough a breeze. I have seen a big difference in the lightness of my baking since using this.
What are the weaknesses? The only weaknesses I can think of is that the machine is so heavy to lift, and a couple of the fiddly bits can be tricky to clean.
Summary An excellent machine, I would recommend this highly. A real workhorse and very stylish to look at, available in lovely colours. Well made. I couldn't imagine life without my Kitchenaid!
