Title of review Never Again!
What are the strengths? It came in a nice box!
What are the weaknesses? Everything about it really. Very heavy to push along as well as to carry. Very very loud. Falls over when you use the telescopic hose. Does not suck up around the edges of carpets and generally does not pick up well.
Summary Had 3 visits from the engineers within the warranty period, they replaced various bits of it but never improved. Warranty over now and very disappointed.
Should have listened to my Mum....... Buy a Miele!
