| Nice PDA | |||
| Good screen overall but photos look a little dull.
Fast, instant program switching, etc. Adobe reader bit slow though. Lasts a good while on a charge. Bags of space for storage and programs. Looks ace and feels well made. |

| You will need to upgrade some of the included software.
Hissing noise in quiet parts of mp3s. Cover OK but basic, you will need to buy a case to keep it nice. £16 for a nice Crusell one. |

| Wasn't sure what to expect, user reviews are very mixed on the T5 but at £150 for such an high spec machine it had to be worth a go. Very pleased so far. Upgraded the os straight away from the palmone site as many reviews mentioned crashing problems. Been using it quite intensively for 2 weeks now and installed a lot of 3rd party software with no crashes so far! Updated Docs to Go for 29 dollars including a free BDICTY package as well, you will need to do the same if you want things like spell checking, the supplied package is a bit basic. It's used mainly for recreation, reading ebooks, mp3s, music composition, etc but I have photos and video on it as well though the media viewing program is also basic! PIM functions are easy to use and well designed. havn't tried to email yet but the included program looks fairly straitforward.
So far I am pleased that I took a chance on it. |
