| Rating |   1 / 5 | | Comment | very dissatisfied. they refused to help with any inquiry(regarding rebate) and refused to do a return even when the package was not even opened. after the package was opened, my family had doubts on the authenticity of the products. I wonder why the website specifically highlighted the 100% authenticity then no return is allowed at the same time. Poor customer service plus authenticity issue probably. |
