When I called I was told I would be called back in 19 minutes, NEVER HAPPENED. I emailed and NO REPLY!!! Called today to inquire about the reshipment was told I would get an email with that information. I am STILL WAITING for the e-mail. Would not do business with this company again. We have been charged on our credit card for the scanner but have not seen it and it has been 3 weeks!!!!! Very disappointed and angry. |

(Being this is a rather large and heavy item; I crossed my fingers and hoped it wouldn’t be too badly mauled along the highways and byways:) FedEx delivered on time. Box had a couple of dents, but the contents were intact. Hooked her up and everything worked great.
This company has very competitive prices and friendly customer service people. I will definitely consider PCNation for my next purchase. |

Immediately received confirmation email asking me to log back and verify I did indeed place the order. Had a little self-induced trouble logging into my account to check for tracking number. By 6/20, I still had no tracking number. I emailed customer support and immediately got a reply from Ben H who fixed my account trouble and gave me a tracking number. Thanks, Ben. The monitor arrived on 6/23 by FedEx. So, it took seven days total but was worth the wait. The order shipped two days after I placed, but the weekend got in the way. All in all, not only am I happy with PCNation, their shipping, and their support, but the NEC monitor is fantastic! |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | I bought a Canon 17-40mm f/4L lens from PCNation. The price is great with no tax applied. The 3-Day shipping is free and faster then I expected. the lens came in a well packaged box in perfect condition.
The only little trouble I encountered with them is that, for a first-time costumer (like me), they require a valid school/business email address, or they can only ship the order to the billing address of the credit card placed the order. This seems to be an implicit policy since I didn't see any notion while placing the order. However, the customer service is good enough to compensate my somewhat dissatisfied feeling with them. The customer service representative is (somehow in my 4 calls I talked to same person) friendly and helpful, plus, you don't have to wait for a century to reach him.
Overall, I would say PCNation did a very good job with my order. I am very satisfied and happy to purchase more things from them. |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | I recently was searching for a brand new Sony HDR-SR12 video camera with authentic Sony accessories. I found that this camera was very hard to find in stock anywhere and many stores were accepting orders saying it was in stock on their website, but when I called to verify that the item was in stock it was usually backordered indefinitely. They are even backordered at the Sony Online Store.
Many of the stores that I called did have this camera in stock for a fairly low cost, but they tried to upsell crazily overpriced accessories that were third party garbage not worth 20% of what they charged (I know first hand because I fell for this trick on my previous Sony videocamera). When I would refuse the "upgrades" the camera suddenly became unavailable. Go figure.
I wasted so many hours over several weeks on this process, so I was very skeptical when I found one of the lowest prices yet being advertised at PCNation. I read some good reviews here at ResellerRatings, so I decided to give them a try.
I sent them an email asking if they indeed had the item in stock as I needed it for an upcoming wedding. I quickly got a reply that they did have the item in stock, that there was very few of them left, and I needed to call in to place the order in order to "secure" one for me. I thought to myself, "OK, here we go again. They are going to try to sell worthly accessory crap to me and if I don't fall for it the camera will disappear from their warehouse".
I decided to call the next day anyway, since the price was so crazy low and they had listed themselves as an "Authorized Dealer of Sony Products". To my surprise, their Sales Rep Dominick was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and accomodating. He did not try to hard sell anything and was a normal person that was very easy to communicate with (not a hyped-up, rude, slickster, sales jocky). He informed me that the price had gone up, but that he would still honor the price on the day I had sent the email inquiry (I checked later and the price had gone up online by $30.00). After we put the order through for the camera, he politely asked if I thought I would need any additional items to complete the purchase. I had previously reseached the best online prices on the two Sony accessories for my camera that I wanted. His price for the largest, extended Sony battery was about $5 dollars more than the best price I could find (which was on Amazon). His price for the Sony HD telephoto lens to my surprise was a full $60.00 less than the nearest competitor! That definitely made up for the extra $5.00 on the largest Sony battery...so I ordered both.
Today I decided that I needed the new Sony 16GB memory stick for this videocamera and looked around for a few hours online and could not find it for less than $180.00 with shipping/tax at Best Buy. Everyone else was way over $200.00 heading to $300.00. Then I remembered PCNation.com. I hopped to their site and they have it for the lowest price anywhere at $157.00 (all included)! It was backordered from Sony, but I popped an email to Dom and he locked in my price (and will lower it if the price goes down between now and when it ships) and won't charge me until it ships.
Their response time to emails & phone calls are incredible. A direct line to my Sales Rep Dom with no waits (assuming he isn't on the line with another customer of course) and all my emails to Dom have been responsed to within the hour if not within minutes.
I was very pleasantly surprised with this whole buying experience. They are honest and straightfowared. No crazy sales games or bait & switch here. I highly recommended them. |

Having ordered a PC for delivery to my son in Florida,paying by International Visa, they could not even handle this simple order. If you are considering placing a significant value order,given my experience with them, I would not trust this company. I recommend you go instead to a company with a proven record...perhaps Amazon (with whom I have no connection). This lot are incompetent. |

I ordered SONY's high-end external flash HVL-F56AM ... my friends on the photo forums all said "you may pay a few dollars more but stick with B&H" -- I should have followed that advice! PCNation's shipped price beat B&H by $18, so I ordered. Their web site indicated the product "IN STOCK." Days later I checked the online status of my order -- BACKORDERED! They didn't have the decency to email and tell me. They had also "authroized" (not billed) my Mastercard debit card, thus causing those funds to be withheld from me for a week as a "pending" transaction. I called them, cancelled the order, waited out the funding freeze, and ordered from B&H Photo.com. I would suggest at least calling PCNation firs to verify if product is in stock! |

Please note that I left negative feedback about this same order that I would like to retract. I was unable to get a tracking number on my product after 20 days. When I did get it, I learned that it had indeed been delivered to my service in a timely manner and that my mail service had failed to log it in.

I checked back the following day via their website to get a tracking number and verification of shipment. The online info showed that the order had shipped, but no tracking number available. The following day, May 17th, still no tracking number available. I called customer service and was in the queue for 10 minutes or so before hanging up. 2 days later, on the morning of May 19th, still no tracking number so I call customer service again, and this time have someone pickup within 3-4 min. They assure me that the order has indeed shipped, and they will follow up with an email that morning with the tracking number. That evening, still nothing, so I call back again and talk with another CS rep. That rep again assures me that the order has shipped, and the tracking number will be available in the system the following morning. The following morning, no tracking number. I send an email requesting an update, and no response. That afternoon, I call in again to get status, and this time am told that the item has been backordered this whole time via their distributor! I am assured AGAIN that the item is currently in transit as of the morning of May 20th), but they cannot get a tracking number for me until it has been uploaded into the system via their distributor. This CS rep tells me that if he can get any additional info for me, i.e. the tracking number he will call me the evening of the 20th.
I haven't even received the product (or the tracking number for that matter) but dealing with this company has left a bad taste in my mouth. |

I ordered the lens at lunch on Monday. It arrived at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, after being shipped from Chicago to Dallas. It arrived a day earlier than expected.
The lens was exactly as advertised -- factory new and sealed, with a full USA warranty.

I was sent a confirmation e-mail and asked to confirm. I personally appreciate their efforts to eliminate fraudulent purchases. Shortly after, I received tracking information. My product arrived one day earlier than Fed Ex estimated. New factory sealed Nuvi. No complaints whatsoever. |

The next day I get an e-mail from PCnation saying my attention was required. First e-mail I had to click on a link in the e-mail to activate the account and process my order. Seemed simple enough. I get another email later asking me to contact them. I call the customer service number and speak to Will. Will then asks if i have a corporate e-mail account. He keeps asking if anything with a .gov, .edu or.org address. I give him my work e-mail. He says this is to verify I am who I say I am. Sounds more like they are trolling for government, education or charity contacts and or mailing lists. He says they will send me an e-mail to my work address and all I have to do is reply. I do as they ask. A day later I get no response as to my order being confirmed. I call again and Will tells me he got the message but it was garbled. I replay again while he is on the phone. He says the message is good and the order will be processed. Next day I get an e-mail my order is on back order. I am not happy. I call and another rep. informs me it will be in by the 26th of March. I decide to wait since the price was good. Well March 26 arrives and still no tv in stock. While pcnations customer service reps. were polite and willing to cancel my order, I must say their method of confirming orders (which I believe led to the product being sold out of stock after I had placed my order.) and the fact that they have no control over there inventory is pathetic. To this day the still do not have the Sharp LC-37D64U in stock. The business models are already out there. All you have to do is look at the top ratings on this site. |

Arrived actually earlier then expected. The unit worked right out of the box. The battery was 3/4 charged. All functions work just fine. The company delivered 100%. They wern't the cheapest store online for the model GPS I purchased, but they had a better customer satisfaction rating. I actually spent $38.00 more than the cheapest store with a poor rating and had ZERO hassles/problems. Sometimes that in it's self is worth the little extra money. I would do business with this company again. A+ |
