One of the cameras I bought was described as being an "open-box" item. I bought it and it was indeed a return/used camera. However, it came with all accessories and was in like-new condition. |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | I just made an order two days ago. It is clearly stated that those items will be shipped at the same day and all are in stock. So i waited until later today, after two full day, I checked my order history and my order status is still open. I wrote an email indicating the problem and will call tommorow to speed things up. Will update later. They shouldnt put this item will ship today status on the product info if they couldnt ship it on that day.
Update:
After sending an email stating that they shouldve shipped my item on monday and if they didnt, i would like to cancel my order, this morning i got the "order has been shipped" email, and my order was shipped at about half an hour after i sent the email. I did told them off in my email saying they shouldnt lie about the shipping day. I guess a bit more effort has to be put to get what you deserve. They didnt respond to my email though. I am happy enough to see my items has been shipped although it is a bit late.
Another update:
They have replied my email with a simple thank you for my inquiry and stated my order has been shipped.
Shipping update:
My order arrived in today. For a free shipping, i am quite please to have receive my item in such a fast shipping. Overall, although i have to bicker them at first for being late on getting my items shipped, I am now happy with the service. Now for the rebate which i'll send straight away tommorow, hopefully it will go through without trouble. |

Someone from the company called to verify my address info, which I was very impressed with. Overall, it was a great transaction. I will definitely shop with them again. |
