Buydig.com had the lowest price compared to other online stores as well as received very good reviews from previous customers on delivery and customer service. Initially, I had an issue with my credit card (the bank rejected the online purchase for security reasons) which prevent Buydig.com from shipping my new TV immediately. Obviously, this was not Buydig.com's fault. Once I fixed the issue with bank, I contact Buydig.com to confirm the unit was still available and they told me my TV would be shipped by the end of the week. On the day the order was suppose to be shipped, I received an email saying the TV was back ordered and the shipment was being delayed. I immediately called customer service about my displeasure with the situation since the TV was available when I first placed the order (as well as confirmed earlier in the week). Very quickly, the customer representative, with the approval of her manager, upgrade my TV from the LN46A550 to the LN46A650 (a $400 difference) for free and shipped out the same day. My customer service rep, Nancy, was pleasant and worked very quickly to resolve the issue. I received nothing but outstanding customer service with Buydig.com and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase electronic equipment online. I will not hesitate to purchase from Buydig.co in the future. |

Do NOT pay the $4.95 for 3/4 business day shipping as Fedex assured me that the delivery times between Buydig's "free" shipping and Buydig's $4.95 rate, IS THE SAME!:FIVE(5) business days.
Imagine how many suckers @ 4.95 these shipping crooks have conned!
Buydig even has the gall to write "recommended" next to the alleged 3/4 business day @ 4.95
So Buydig has low prices? Yea so what? With an extra, unearned 4.95 per order, I'll never ever go near this seller again. |

When we contacted the company for an RA number to return it they refused, even though it was in one month of purchase. When I asked for an exchange they also refused. They are a rip off company and we are now stuck with a $400 product that doesn't work. |

Just be aware that they REQUIRE a signature on all items and your order CANNOT be rerouted once it's placed. They inform you of that in their confirmation email and they really mean it.
Customer service was efficient and I didn't spend a lot of time on hold but they certainly stick by their shipping policy. So be there for signature or be prepared to drive to the FedEx facility. |

No phone call to upsell me things I don't need, just a call from the trucking company to confirm delivery the next day. When I called them to ask a few questions before I ordered the tv they were well informed and very polite.
BuyDig had the best price and terrific customer service. I will buy there again. |

I ordered this lens on a Saturday evening and the item was shipped on Monday and was received on Thursday with free shipping.
The website was easy to navigate and I didn't receive any phone calls to 'confirm' my order with them. I received the confirmation e-mail when I placed the order and also another e-mail when the lens shipped with my tracking number.
The lens was the USA version and came with all the accessories described via Sigma's website.
This was my first order from BuyDig, but it will NOT be my last!
With all the scam companies on the internet, it's good to find a real company to do business with. |

Emailed them over the weekend, they responded with RA# on Monday, I shipped it back to them the same day (thank you Nancy!). When everything was said and done I received a new one Thursday! Everything was done through email, responded very quickly, very nicely.
If you live in NYC, the shipment is extremely fast, I've been a customer since 2004 and even with the slowest shipment method, the latest I've ever received my shipments is within 2 days!! And their prices are low too!
But please read the fine print on return policies and return shipping carefully, I think it has changed since the last time I ordered (2 years) before this one and I was a little surprised with the new policy.
Over all fast shipments, low prices, and responsive customer service. Everything a retailer should be.

About the only downside, which has nothing to do with buydig, is waiting for it to arrive.
I guess one could feel guilty about not buying locally (i.e., not paying state/local tax, additional fuel used to ship the product). Then again, the jerks who work at the local BBY and CC make it less painful. So, unless you really need to be green, I highly recommend BUYDIG!!! |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | I have ordered two cameras recently from buydig.com. In both instances, they were shipped promptly and arrived three business days after they were shipped from New Jersey (I'm in Texas).
Everything was as advertised -- factory new products, full USA warranty, etc. There were no attempts to upsell or any requirement that I call to "confirm" my order. (If any seller tries to pull that stuff with you, you're probably dealing with scam artists.)
In addition to having great service, Buydig.com usually has the best prices available from any reputable dealer.

Buydig had a 8.45 lifetime rating and was only $30 more than 86th Street (really only $15 after factoring in free shipping vs $15 for 86th St). Even though the unit was only promised 8-10 days ground shipping, it arrived in about 5 days from placing my order (ordered Monday, received unit on Friday), safe and complete. Top marks for Buydig. I would definitely use them again. |

They refused to honor the activated card claiming that it wasn't part of their system. The supervisor of the department was abrupt and rude in insisting that they will not honor the card. There was no satisfactory resolution.
I have bought many previous items from this vendor amounting to several thousand dollars. This is the first time I've needed to contact them. I will consider other sources in the future and will recommend other vendors to my photographer friends. |

I read some of the reviews and thought ok, let me try them. Ordered on a sunday, shipped out Monday. Ground shipping from NJ to Washington state took about 5 days minus the weekends. I got my product the next wednesday. I'm very very impressed with their product. I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE. Just for northwest folks, it will take a while. Shipping was cheap $5.95 for me but I still got my product and it was a good experience with BuyDig.com. I was expecting troubles such as packaging, product (opened), etc. but none of these things happened and I am one happy customer.

The second encounter was fruitless. The item I ordered was listed as "In Stock," and I wasn't informed until a week after placing the order that it was back-ordered--and even then, I had to contact BuyDig to get that information. Eventually I simply cancelled that order and shopped elsewhere.
For this third order, the price was right and I was hoping to get the service they had provided the first time around.
They didn't disappoint.
Within two days I had a brand new $900 lens sitting on my doorstep, in pristine condition. I'm extremely satisfied and will continue to shop with BuyDig in the future. |

I ordered the shipping as 2-3 days because I needed the lens by Friday for an event. The gent on the phone assured me it was in stock (it still shows in stock today, Friday) and he could get it out right away. There was supposed to be a tracking email when it shipped. As this is Friday and there was no email with tracking today, I called buydig.com and was told that it had not shipped, but was scheduled to ship... today. AAAAAHHHHHHH, I feel like Charley Brown kicking the football. |

I ordered on a Monday morning and had them in hand Thursday by noon, even though I ordered using the no charge shipping and was only guaranteed 7-10 days.
I will order from buydig again and I recommend them highly. |

Since then I had no email about the status of my order. I opened my account and said I had not ordered anything. I called service and waited 30 mins before someone answered. Finally a lady with indian accent (maybe a call center in India) answered, she said the item that I ordered is not available and said in 4 days there will be shipment arriving from the supplier. Two weeks with email or phone call regarding my order, maybe my order is placed on the last priority because it cost only $12. I will buy from this store again. |

Ordered it on Saturday March 22,2008 chose the free shipping option. Received an email on Monday March 24, 2008 stating it is shipped out on Fedex. They provided a tracking number. No follow up "verification" call with high pressure sales tactics like other websites. The item arrived today March 26, 2008. The item is brand new, NOT grey market item. I registered the product without problems. All in all, a great experience, unlike the previous experience I had with another website. I will look at buydig in the future when shopping for electronics. Sometimes they have the lowest price on items, sometimes not but I will know the item they are selling is geniune product and not a knockoff grey market item. |

When it arrived around March 10, the deliver was a bit unusual. Although the delivery company is supposed to wait for you to open the box and inspect, my TV was delivered to my office and the delivery guy received a signature from an unknowing receptionist and bolted before I could get to the lobby and inspect the package. Good reason..When I looked at the box it had shock sensor stickers all over it but NO SHOCK SENSOR. When I unpackaged the TV, I immediately saw the cracked portion of the screen in the top right hand corner. I figure this delivery guy dropped the package and bolted. I contacted the delivery company and immediately reported what had happened and the next morning contacted Buydig customer service and reported it. The customer service guy took my info and made a couple calls. All in I was on the phone for about 10 minutes and my replacement TV was shipped the following day. Both Buydig and the delivery company told me that although the damage was unusual, it did happen from time to time. In any event, my replacement TV arrived about a week later, this time in perfect condition with a perfect delivery, and they picked up the broken TV at the same time. Buydig could not have done it any better. |

Canon 24-70L, white/USA market, flawless, perfect.
Was weary because this was my first purchase and I had heard/read horror stories from NJ/NY area stores.
But while Buydig's prices were great, that DID NOT mean they weren't to be trusted.
Lense arrived fast, and just as advertised. I knew I would buy from them in the future, and have since bought the 16-35 II L, and most recently a Canon Mark III.
Thank you Buydig for continuing to be a great company with amazing prices.
$6,000+ spent with your company to date and I know I'll continue to spend more. |

Unlike the other scammers where the price is lower but the hassles of having to deal with pushy accessory sales was not an issue with BuyDig. Ordered online using the website on 3/12/08. Selected free shipping. Item shipped 3/12/08 afternoon. Item arrived to my house on 3/13/08. One day later. Item was as described and in perfect new condition and original packaging. Credit card was charged a day later for the amount as advertised on their website. Needless to say I am very satisfied with this purchase from Buydig and will keep them in mind for my next purchase. One thing I did to screen the online resellers is to check multiple sites to get an idea for the retailer reviews. From resellerratings and few others I found on Google, I found Buydig to come out 8/10 which is quite high when you compare to the hacks who sell products under priced and push overpriced accessories. |

But the TV would not work when the tech. came to hook it up. We did everything the instructions said to do, but Sharp was resisting replacement steadfastly with rediculous offers. I went to the BBB with the problem, and they contacted BuyDig who subsequently assigned the issue to Maurice (732 623 4600 x217)who entered the case on my behalf and promptly worked out a very satisfactory settoement. I am greatful to and appreciative of Maurice for his effort on my behalf. He is a gentleman and very good at what he does. |

So taking chance I placed an order.But I got a notification that they won't ship to hotels and so I gave the home address.It came on the 8th and everything was as it was promised.Camera,strap and all other things.I bought the case and battery from Amazon as it was expensive in buydig.com.
I will reccomend that store from my above mentioned experience.Also looking to buy a Kodak for my mother. |
