I called profeel to arrange for an exchange for a canon 40D plus another lens. Sharon at customer support immediately provided an RMA but told me the 40D was out of stock and expected it to be in within a week. The 5D was returned and received by Profeel on a tuesday and my exchanged items were received 3 days later, on Friday. In summary, their prices were excellent, I paid no shipping fee's and Sharon at customer support was excellent. I highly recommend Profeel. |

I conducted a lot of research ahead of time and then went and utilized an engine to help find the best price from an on line vendor for a Canon digital camera. I was pointed in the direction of Profeel. I linked to Profeel’s website and from there I went ahead and ordered, on line, the camera. It was a Saturday. The order was in. Afterward, as I surfed the net, I came across a few remarks questioning the on line ordering experience of Profeel and some problems with ordering on a Saturday. Anxiety set in. Well, let me tell you and set the record straight for my experience: My on line Profeel ordering experience was the very best! The site was easy to navigate. I received a confirmation immediately and an email the very next day, Sunday, from the Profeel sales staff, with a sales receipt attached. I was able to track the progress of the delivery of my camera on UPS Quantum and my camera, folks, arrived in 2 business days from my order. Brand new, manufacturer package, not grey market stuff! No sales calls to try and sell me something else; no delay in reacting to my on line ordering; fast service and mail delivery; and no shenanigans with the product ordered. You go, Profeel! An excellent experience! |

She stated they only had the camera in silver and would it be ok to ship that one? Silver was my first choice so it was quite ok. Very friendly and thoughtful. Really fast shipping. I received the camera on the 17th after ordering it on the 12th which was a Saturday. They get a 10 out of 10 in my book. |

I had placed an ordered and overnight changed my mind about what Camera I wanted, this would be a nightmare at most stores. One call and I was talking to a Human Being!! They had no problems changing my order, adjusting the price and getting the Paypal billing straight. Kudos! Thanks Sharron for the Most Pleasant ever Buying experience! They also threw in an extra Battery to help offset the price difference, about $28.

First, I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ18 Black, the camera I ordered was listed for $319 on the web site, when I placed the order from Profeel, it was $339. I emailed Profeel after the PAY PAL was submitted and received a call from Profeel, the person said the extra $20 was for shipping, I informed her that shipping was free as they listed it. The person said they would credit $20 to my account and also said they did not have Black and if I wanted Silver. Since my account had already been debited I said yea. The $20 has not been credited to my account as of this date. Be careful when ordering from Profeel. I could have purchased the same camera from another company for less I only went with Profeel because the black camera was supposed to be in stock, but it was not. Be very careful with this company. |

The email went unanswered, but I did order the lens anyways. The next day I got a phone call from a very nice woman saying that the lens was not in stock and that she didn't know how long it would be. I said I was fine with waiting for awhile, I would call her the next week. I sent an email on Sat 4/5 inquiring about my order and asking for a call back. It was not responded to. I sent another email on 4/8 asking that my order be cancelled and for someone to contact me, which also went unanswered. I have called the number on the site and have gotten an answering machine every time. I have now left two messages, I will update when I hear from them and my order gets cancelled.

I received a phone call from a very nice woman who said that my two emails were not received by them, that if they would have been received they would have been responded to. I never got any failure to deliver send backs on my end. She cancelled my order and is going to send me a confirmation email showing it was cancelled.

I called a few times and pushed the number for "customer service". From there I was taken directly to an answering machine telling me to leave my name, number, order #, etc. I called both the 1800 number and the local (845?) number listed on your website. I was never given an option to speak to a live operator from that number. |

There are many websites out there that offer outrageously low prices but have awful customer service including payment problems and late shipping. Profeel is NOT one of them! I compared prices all over the internet for a Canon HG10 and resellerratings.com pointed me to Profeel. I paid for a great package deal with a 5 year warranty, extra battery, deluxe carrying case, and a mini tri-pod all for $899.95. I received a confirmation email and a call the next day saying that my order had shipped. These people are fast and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone who is out to buy digital cameras or camcorders. |

I orignally had ground shipping but my order was delayed so they upgraded my shipping to priority for free. From purchase date to having the merchandise in hand took 8 days. It came exactly as described and I am super happy with my purchase. If I am ever thinking about making another purchase for electronics I am going to be sure to check the Profeel site first to see if they sell it. |

They never harassed me into buying accessories and handle my order very quickly. Other online retailers and I went to a few harassed me, refused to sell if I did not buy the accessories, or told me it was in stock at it was not. I will definately buy from Profeel agian and please if you are worried about online shopping these are the people to deal with with very competitive prices. |

I just about bought a Canon a650 IS camera from another company before checking out the company on Resellerratings.com. It was a bummer. Fortunately, before the sale went thru, I was able to cancel the order. I tried another company w/ a good price, but they were on backorder and rude. After another search I found Profeel had a good price, so it was back to Resellerratings.com to check them out. I saw very positive reviews, so I decided to buy from them. They had a good price and free shipping. I gave them a call—what a breath of fresh air! The sales clerk was knowledgeable and courteous. And the camera bundle arrived in two days! There is no question that I would shop here again. O yea, it’s a great camera! Compact, super stable, and takes great pictures. |

I needed this second order urgently to arrive in Singapore before a certain tight dateline. We spoke over the phone and later via email and she assured me it will arrive in time. Guess what, the item actually arrive several days before the dateline !
I am elated to have receive my item early and would like to commend Esther on her excellent personal touch service., which in this world today can be hard to find at most times.

I paid in advance and received my order on February 1st. The reason it took over a week was because they were waiting on the 1DS3 from canon. It came in on February 1st and was shipped to me that day. The sale was smooth with no pressure to buy extras. All items were intact and well packaged. What drawn me to this merchant was the fact that they had the lowest price for the Canon S5 IS that I wanted, and that according to reviews they are trusted. True enough they consistently rank as among the best merchants online with positive reputation.
In my case I really wanted the S5 IS because of my specific need. However, since I am an international client the mode of shipment was between USPS or UPS. The USPS rate was indicated at $49.95 while the UPS rate was at $120. This was the choice I had to make if I wanted the camera. With some rethinking I thought I could settle with a cheaper Canon SX100 IS since fundamental features are shared in this camera (just to offset the $120 UPS shipping cost - I did not want the USPS because of logistical issues).
My complaint actually is the lack of flexibility or even true information about shipment cost. I decided not to buy from them and opted instead to purchase from another merchant with even better reputation. I am now awaiting delivery of the S5 IS with only $49.20 using UPS Worldwide Saver.
I do not understand how Profeel would want to charge $120 using UPS when the other merchant ships the same item at only $49.20 using UPS also (3-5 days). My criticism must be taken as constructive because I know Profeel is a reputable merchant. Perhaps, what they can place in their site is a shipping calculator that takes into account international clients. For now it appears that the rates reflected are only for US. My discontent should be viewed only on the element I have indicated and not to be construed as a general evaluation of the company.

I got a call from Esther (customer service/sales) on 1/10/2008 saying that Canon was shipping a handful of cameras and that, if I would pay for the camera immediately I would get one of them. I was a little concerned about paying for the camera before they had it 'in hand' but reviews for the store were good... so I did it.
The transaction was as smooth as silk. No pressure to buy anything else. No excuses, caveats... just good old fashioned service and honesty. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and I recommend them highly. I cannot really speak as to where their prices fit in since this camera cannot be purchased for less than list at this time. But from the standpoint of honesty and kindness they rank right on up there with B&H and Calumet.

I was phoned by Esther the next business day after I placed my order, to confirm the items. There was no attempt made to sell me anything else. I received a full invoice via email, as well as UPS tracking info for the shipment. I received the camera body, both lenses and the flash in good order on the day scheduled. The battery grip was shipped separately via USPS Priority Mail, and I haven't received it yet - but I do have the tracking info and expect to receive it tomorrow. I've been researching the purchase of these items and doing comparison shopping for more than a year, and feel that I got an excellent price and excellent customer service from Profeel. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

BASED ON THIS INFORMATION I CANCELED AN ORDER WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. WHEN I CALLED PROFEEL THEY SAID THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK, AND I COULD BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST.
NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM UNHAPPY. THEY WON'T GET MY ORDERS.

I did not misunderstand. If they had a camera I would I would have ordered it and had it by now. They said something about the camera was available but "there were problems.....perhaps in a couple of weeks....blah,blah,blah." More polite than Broadway Camera, but the same type of BS. If you are going to order from an east coast camera company, B&H is still the best bet. I placed my order with Arlington Camera, a small family owned company with a $500 better price. They don't have camera either, but no BS. |

I keep tracking my package through USPS hoping that it will arrive before xmas and so happy that Profeel didnt let me down. Now I wrapped it again for my present for my husband.
I also happy that I saw profeel website and able to order the camera without any problems at all. They are the best online store that I have found. I was thinking to buy from ebay but a bit worried that I might not get the new one and not get it on time.
I got my camera from Profeel with other packages for reasonable price compare it if I will buy it at BestBuy or Circuit City. For the price of $247 for that camera..you cant beat that!

I ordered from 2 of the lowest priced companies only to find that when you don't order the over priced acc's. to go with it, the camera that was on the shelf was now on back order from the warehouse in Japan with a 6 week ship time. I cancelled both orders.
Then I called Profeel (their price was $350) on Sunday afternoon to see if the camera was indeed available and talked to the most plesant lady I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She did offer acc's., but at a reasonable price and no pressure.
I ordered the camera on Sunday Dec. 16 and received it Thursday the 20th. These guys are GREAT!!
Don't waste your time on the scammers out there. The lowest price isn't always the best deal. |

They just sent a friendly email next day confirming the order. There was another email from UPS with a tracking number. But I missed the UPS email. So I emailed on the third day to Profeel and asked if they have a tracking number. The lady replied back in an hour and 6 minutes. Perfect customer service. The camera was a brand new US model. I would definitely buy from them again. |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | I had pre-order a 1Ds Mark III from another nationally known camera distributor and had emailed them several questions. Since they failed to give me any responses, I voiced my concern with there responsiveness and cancelled the pre-order.
I had never dealt with Profeel or heard of them, so I was unsure as to what to expect. I had emailed them a few weeks back to inquiry about the availability of one of Canon soon to be released cameras (1DsMark III). I had just indicated in the email, that I was interested in one. To my surprise on Novemeber 27, I received an email from them saying, "we have one available, call immediately." I called and placed the order with the understanding that they would be receiving the camera by the end of the week and they would immediately ship it out to me. They came through like champs. The received the camera from Canon as promised and sent it out to me. I receivied it as promised the following Tuesday. The sale folks were pleasant and knowledgable and responded promptly to my followup emails.
The camera came pack very well.
I would definately do business with them in the future. The definately get five stars from me.

Prompt, honest and provide the best price among their competitors.
I placed my order on Monday and they promised me that I would have my product before the Thanksgiving day, and they stood behind their promised and shipped my stuff right away and I had it for the Thanksgiving day.
I called for advice between two different products, instead of selling me the most expensive product, instead they sold me the product that works best for my needs; they answered all of my questions.
I had many bad experience from shopping online including RitzCamera, but Profeel is friendly sore that I can trust; Excellent customer service, Best price, Prompt and fast, Honest, and helpful, and over all I very much liked my experience with Profeel.
Profeel is my numbers one online store, I have switched over from RitzCamera to Profeel.

The next day we received a confirming phone call to advise our order had been received and would be shipping within the next day. Within one week our camera arrived. Things couldn't have gone more better. I would recommend Profeel to friends and family without hesitation. |

My camera (Canon SD850IS) was very well priced, accessories were fair too, though the leather case in the accessory package is too small even for this little camera. I got no calls soliciting me to spend more, the shipping tracker worked, and the shipment came in 5 days (2 business days!). |
