Rating   5 / 5 Comment I purchased a whirlpool washer and dryer from am royal. I placed the order on a Wednesday and it shipped on Friday. They sent me the tracking number and a few days later I got an email to schedule delivery. They let me pick the delivery time and day. The drivers called me an hour before coming to make sure I was at home. The delivery was great. They brought the washer and dryer into my basement and helped me open the boxes. The rest was easy. I am looking to redo my kitchen next and I am definitely going with am royal.

Rating   1 / 5 Comment I purchased a fireplace from this company with the understanding they would have it shipped to me in 7 to 14 days. The person took my credit card via phone and assured me the item would be here in 7 to 14 days. After a week I email them asking for conformation of shipment that is when they told me that they had not received the product in their warehouse and after they receive it then they will ship it to me within 7 to 14 days. When I ask why I cant track my order via their website they told me in an email that because I ordered by phone that it will not show up on my web account. Well its been three weeks now and they tell me maybe in another week they will have the item then it will take 7 to 14 more days for them to ship it to me. I am not pleased with these people and have made them aware of it via email. They were very misleading while taking my order, I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. They also advertised some special doors "free" for ordering from them but when asking what they look like they have no clue and will not even send info from the factory about the doors.

Rating   5 / 5 Comment This was the 1st time i purchased from AMRoyal and i wanted to share the great experience i had with this store. Delivery of the refrigerator was 5 days after i purchased it. The standard delivery was "In home Delivery" and the driver placed the refrigerator in my kitchen. The trucking company called 24 hours before to schedule the delivery which was great. The price of the refrigerator was best i can find online. This was a great deal to get a good price and top notch service.
