I called twice and got two different answers about whether and when it had been shipped. I was charged immediately after the order but still have no merchandise a month later. Customer Service said there is nothing I can do now but wait for delivery (no option to cancel). I strongly recommend against ordering anything from cooking.com unless you are willing to wait a couple of months for it with no good customer service. |
