They have consistently provided excellant service on geting their rebates out timely. Will definitely shop with them again. I've purchased 3 items over the last 3 months from them all with rebates and all rec'd timely. |

I missed quite a few during the year and they ran out of Maxtor 500GB on Thanksgiving at the local store as well, even though I waited in line :(. I checked online and they were still showing stock. Their website however couldnt cope with the load and the order wasnt going through. After multiple attempts and an hour later I ordered and it arrived with free shipping in about 10 days. The thing I like most about Staples is that their rebate process is hassle free and completely reliable. I hope they fix their website issues in future for those high traffic days. |

They sent me the wrong card (a compact flash card). The packing slip correctly indicated what I ordered.
I emailed customer support and they stated they would send out the correct product to me AT NO CHARGE.
They then charged my credit card the non-sale price of $34 and stated they wouldn't refund it until they received the original product back.
The main problem isn't making a wrong shipment. It's the flat out lying done by someone who said they'd correct their mistake AT NO CHARGE then turn around and charge the card. My card was charged before I received the replacement product. |

Router came in very good condition in a well packed box. But I got the wrong one that my husband asked me to buy. So I had to take it back to local store. No problem with return, I just simply brought the router and the receipt I printed online. They credited my money back to my card in two minutes. I like buying stuff from this store both in store and online. You always can return your stuff easily without any restocking fee.
Update:
26th Nov, I ordered a printer from them again. It was shipped the same day, and free shipping. It said it would be delivered on 27th. But I didn't get it on 27thC and on their website it said it was dilivered. So I called their customer service next day, a very nice lady answered my call, and checked that out the delay was because the problem of the shipping truck. She appologized that, and asked me if I want to cancel the order or she would send me a $15 coupon. Well, i chosed the second one. 29th, I got my package in the morning. Everything went well. I am very satisfied with their service so far. |
