After two weeks of trying to determine when the item would ship they told me the price had changed and they needed to charge me an extra $35 for a $150 item.

Rating   1 / 5 Comment I placed an order for a camera bag (DGA133) after two phone calls and an email inquiry that confirmed the "Special Order Item" would take two weeks to process. The order was placed on a Friday, and I received an email from Heather on the following Monday offering an alternative item since the one I ordered was out of stock. I asked to cancel the order but had to call back to confirm. They should remove the item from the site if they can't sell it. I gave it a chance after reading some of the reviews but will probably stick with B&H or Buydig next time. The nice thing about them is that I can talk to real people on the phone, and they were cordial.

I have not received the item, my credit card has been charged, my phone calls were not returned, and the only response I received was "This item is still on backorder. We do expect a shipment in soon. I will keep you poster."
