Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with any product purchased through JewelBasket.com, simply return it within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. We can not refund shipping charges. Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets & Men's Valets have a 15 day return policy.
Guarantee JewelBasket.com will exchange a ring size for a different ring size of the same style at no cost for the first exchange. If subsequent exchanges are required, an extra refurbishing charge of 15% will be added, and charged to the original credit card. Jewelry purchased from JewelBasket.com is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item breaks or fails within a one year period, JewelBasket.com, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $15 will be charged to the customer.
