CommentI decided to order from this company when I searched it up on Google, showing the T-Mobile Wing at the lowest price anywhere, at $250. I ordered and chose the 5-7 day shipping option.

Reading through all the reviews here, I promptly called them the same day, asking them when they would ship the package. They replied to me and told me it'd ship on Monday. Then on Tuesday I called them again and again until they picked up. Someone answered the phone and I asked him if my package had shipped, and he told me that it had not shipped yet. He then told me that he would place my order on Next-Day Shipping.

The next day UPS sent me an e-Mail confirming that he had, and I received it on June 20, around the same time I would've received it anyways with the 5-7 Day shipping.

It arrived as they said it would, and I'm satisfied. This place can't be as bad as people have said it is, or maybe they've changed but I would do business with them again.

CommentMy experience has been all too typical. Ordered way back in early April. After a number of weeks of no order, a number of emails and support submissions, received my order. Wrong item. Immediately returned item via an RMA. After weeks of inquiries and no item I was told they don't have the product. I requested a full refund. Now it's been three times to get the credit back charged back but still no refund.

These people are crooks. There is no way any business can be this incompentant. They have never followed through on anything. There modus operandi is to string their unsuspecting custerms along as long as possible. They always have a excuse. I'm still waiting for my refund.

For starters, starting tomorrow, refund or not, I will be reporting Wirelessgalaxy to the Texas State Attorney General's office by filing an online consumer complaint. These people need to be shut down. If I were local I would also sue them. I suggest anyone with similar experience to immediately request a full refund and then report Wirelessgalaxy to as many regulatory agencies as they can.

CommentI received the wrong item. Called immediately and was graciously promised that their error would be corrected the same day. I called again on April 2nd and the c/s rep apologized profusely and promised once again that the right item would be shipped immediately. On May 9th I spoke to Ree who once again promised immediate shipment, and on May 29th, Natalie again apologized and assured me that the correct cell phone recharger would be shipped immediately. Then I received a notice of electronic shipment via USPS with a tracking number, indicating that USPS had received electronic notification of shipment on June 4th. Nothing more. USPS never received the shipment. These are the facts. Draw your own conclusion as to the honest intentions of this seller!

CommentOrdered refurb. Mot v188 cell phone. The speaker & ringer did not work. Phone was used, with names in address book. Not Referb!! Got RMA, Returned phone. Email said wait a few days for refund. No refund after 14 days. Filing Credit Card dispute to get refund.

CommentProducts are complete crap. E-mailed twice and called once to try and get refund for charger that didn't work and case that broke the first time it was used, but never got a reply. Will never go near these guys again.

CommentI think I've concluded this company is more incompetent than crooked. I ordered a phone on 4/1, got immediate email confirmation saying it would ship within 3-5 days. From a week later until today (5/2) I sent four emails and made 3 phone calls. Each got a promise of a call back within 24 hours, which never happened. My last email explained that I was contesting the charge with my Visa. I got the paperwork from Visa and filled it out, and decided to give them one more chance. I called on 4/30 and got Meka, who looked up my order and said they were sorry it took so long and they shipped it overnight express on their nickle. When it arrived the seal on the box (that said "Do not accept if seal is broken") was broken, but the contents looked fine (and new) and the phone seems to work fine. I definitely don't think I would ever order from them again, but they seem to be just stupid and unable to do business, not out to steal (based only on this one experience).

CommentDON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE.Order was placed 3/31/08 and 10 mins after order, money was taken out of my acct. After waiting the appropriate time and not receiving item, I tried to contact the company. After failed attempts to get in touch with someone, they said they didn't have the products, but they could find something to send me. They said site was not updated. Such product wasn't sent. I spoke with Natalia, Isam, Jasmin all give different stories. Natalia said Google didn't send payment. A fake tracking # given. On 4/18/08 I called, informed "Febe" I was recording call and threatened to sue and distribute tape to newschannels. 30 mins. later money was refunded. I hope this works for you!

CommentIt is now 4/23/08, 13 days after I placed an order and I still DO NOT have my order. I have been calling the company since 4/17/08, no one has returned a call or given me an explanation as to where my order is and when I might receive it. At least the second tracking number that they gave me actually shows in the USPS system, the first was "invalid" translation MADE UP! Do not deal with this company, there price may be a little less but it is NOT worth it.

CommentAbsolutely awful. They shipped me the wrong item. I called customer service and was told someone would call me back. No. I e-mailed and got an e-mail back saying a supervisor would be in touch within 24 hours. No. I e-mailed again and got a response telling me when my order had shipped and giving me the tracking number. I e-mailed back saying that did not answer my question, and that I needed an address to return the wrong item. Nothing. I will now try to ship this back to an address I found, and if they do not credit me for the full return I will have to take this up with my credit card company. Unbelievably bad customer service - the savings are not worth the problems.
Sure wish I'd seen these reviews before I did business with this company.

CommentThis place is a fraud. Avoid it. Ordered a Blackberry via Google checkout and paid for overnight delivery. In order confirmation receipt they stated order was going to be shipped within 24hrs from the placement time. Today is April 16th. Multiple email were ignored untill I threatened a lawsuit. Filed dispute with Google checkout an=d currently in the process of receiving a refund from Google

CommentI ordered a Verizon Air Card from this company on March 16, 2008. The money was debited from my Account on 3/19/2008. Today I do not have the card nor the $170.98 they took from my account. I was promised overnight/rush deliveries and even a full refund of my money. Nothing positive has happened yet. I even had someone from the Verizon Corporate Office on the line when I was promised overnight delivery.
Having looked at the number of negative complaints omn this site about this company and the common trend of robbing customers, I wonder why the Houston Texas authorities have not vclosed this place down and prosecuted the owners. The BBB and I worked ion this matter to no avail. IO will not let this rest, I will get my money back by any means necessary.
I spoke to both Managers in this company - Shahbaz Khan And Bilal and they were both glib and compelling about resolving the matter. They are the convicts. The associates follow their instructions. This is not the way business should be allowed to be run in the USA. We need actiomn against thesee guys now.

CommentOrdered headsets 3/04/88, paid for shipping 3-5 days,received an email from them on 3/17 to say they would be shipped in a few days. On 3/21 called, on hold for over 30 minutes, gave up to leave a message but their mailbox was full. (Other complaints?) Began a resolution with Paypal same day, escalated dispute to a claim on 4/02. Emailed Wireless Galaxy to tell them to forget the order, I want my money back. Finally received order on April 7. Don't ever order from this place!

CommentI found the HBH-300 at their online store that allowed me to get this as a gift for my dad who refuses to use any other headset other than this. Great sales staff and support people. I wish I could simply give them 2 thumbs up online

CommentAvoid this company like the plague. On March 4th I ordered, and paid for thru PayPal, a power adapter for a notebook. As of this day, March 13th I have not received it. I called the company but could not get past the customer service girl that told me that a member of management would have to call me to explain this. That was a week ago. No call. I believe the Texas authorities should look into this companies business practices.

CommentMust be the worst online shopping experience in over a decade. Assured me stuff was in stock, took my money and then gave me a classic run around. Finally had to get PayPal to get my money back. Shop elsewhere, this guy is a crook!

CommentTerrible customer service stemming from the fact that after the purchase I received not a single email confirming any delivery. I called and left a voicemail regarding my concern and shipping where-abouts one week later. The approach of the second week, I contacted them once again. After speaking to a representative, they stated that they didn't have any in-stock and would supply with a phone clip for my inconvenience. I denied, and asked for either overnight shipping due to the lack of communication on their part, or a full refund. Now another week later, no such refund has been reflected on my account. I have since filed a dispute. I am a very loyal customer for the merchants I shop with. This is one place I would never return my business.

CommentI ordered a black Nokia 6260 phone from Wireless Galaxy for $270 on 11/24/07. They charged my account the next day and a few days later they delivered a silver Nokia phone which I returned to them on 12/03/07 and insisted they deliver exactly what I ordered. They promised to ship my order 3 times in December 07, 4 times in January 08, and twice in February 08. They even gave me a fake tracking number 0n 12/14/07. I have sent at least 24 emails, and more than 60 phone calls to Wireless Galaxy.com I have sent emails to almost every contact address on their website including their CEO. After I realized they were not going to ship the order, I asked them to refund the money and then came the most outrageous response; their check writing machine was down and wouldn't be working until two weeks. When I insisted they refund the money to the same credit card I used, the customer service rep hung up the phone. I contacted my county police and they directed me to the office of consumer protection in Maryland. It has been more than 3 months since I placed the order. I still pay finance charges on my credit card and I will do whatever it takes to make sure Wireless Galaxy.com pay for everything.

After 3 weeks, sent an e-mail to the customer service supervisor - no reply. Next week, called and was told I would have a refund because they did not have the items. Sent a message to Khan (CeO?) and was told he would look into my case and call me. No answer. More e-mails and still no reply from Khan. As of February 20, 2008 I have not received my refund. As of March 10, 2008 still no satisfaction from these crooks.

I suggest everyone who has been ripped off start sending them e-mails and going on their web site and bombarding their customer service and order desk with requests for satisfaction. They may get the message.

CommentDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible follow up and customer service. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I only wish I would have found this website first. I ordered a refurbed Blackberry on 12/25. It lasted 2 days and I had to ship it back. I was told that they had another one in stock but it had no back. Once they received it they would take the back off mine and ship the other one. When they did receive my phone, they claimed they were out of stock even though their website claimed they had 10+ in stock. The customer service rep. said that their website just needed to be updated. Over the next few weeks I contacted customer service multiple times. "I am making a note to call you back," was the answer I always got. When I called on 1/31, I was told my order would ship the next day and I would receive a tracking number. I never received the tracking number and the phone did not come next day like I was told. On 2/9 I was finally told that the phone had shipped regular mail. It is 2/13 and I still do not have a phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

CommentI am sorry to say I was caught in the same scam with wirelessgalaxy.I ordered 2 bluetooth H700s on Dec.12,and paid for a priorty deliverly,and told by keshia I'd have them in 3-5 days.The time came and went,but nothing came.E-mails forget,one fool replied saying he is the owner,next one team leader.As they were Christmas gifts,and it was over,I asked that my credit card be reinbursed,oh yes,they charged my card the day they took my order,and were paid on the 14th.I then sent an e-mail I do not want them,and to return my money,I also told them if they send them,I would refuse them.
Next I started my journey by e-mailing the BBB in Houston,Tx where wirelessgalaxy is located.I filled out my complaint,and later received a copy of what the BBB sent them.I was outside when the mailcarrier arrived with a package,which I promptly refused also writting on it,11 days too late,it was for this past Christmas not next.Still no money returned,I said to myself,call the BBB,well lo and behold galaxy is not a member,and they have hundreds of complaints against them,and they also told them not to use the BBB logo.Next I called the Mayors office talked to an assistant,and repeated my being conned,and galaxy reflects very badly on Houston.
I am far from done,I am setting things up with a TV station that will hear my story,call wirelessgalaxy to find out what their problem is and I'll go from there.I have my paperwork and e-mails.Did I mention that the TV is broadcast from Jacksonville,Fl to SE Georgia,South to Daytona,Bch,West to Tampa,and all points in between.I told wireless galaxy the WORST Advertising is a DISSATISFIED customer.They should have given me my money,they can run but not hide.I have a number of other resourses to work with.Moral...Don't sit back and let them keep your money,because if you do they will continue on with others.Start e-mailing,the BBB,Mayors office,my next move states attorney,Do what's right for others.
