Return PolicyFor Domestic Orders: Returns or exchanges are postage paid by ADASA.com using the pre-paid USPS return label which is included with every purchase from ADASA.com. If you lost the return label or never received one, you can print it out below. Then, simply cut the label out, fill in your address and affix it your return package. Please include your invoice in the return package when you mail your item(s). Please note that your shipment must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt. To mail your package, just leave it in a secure place where you normally receive your mail or drop it off at any U.S. Mailbox or Post Office. Should you wish to insure your shipment, which we recommend, you will need to pay for insurance when you ship the item with the USPS. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. You may return your item(s) using another carrier, but this would be at your expense and cannot be reimbursed. For International Orders: You are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges and insurance for international orders.
