Return PolicyWithin 30 days of receiving your order, you may return most items for a full credit or refund if the item is in new re-saleable condition (retail packaging un-opened) and contains original packaging and accessories. Please note that due to the volatility and demand from the SARS virus that our respirators are non-returnable and cancelations incur a 3% charge.We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error, otherwise the customer must pay return-shipping costs.We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Also, we do not accept any impotence items or personal care items that are sexual in nature. Since these items are of a personal nature, NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted for your protection.When we receive your item(s), we will refund your order the full amount less original shipping charges.To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
