Had not done business with this company before but they responded quickly to my email questions,then the order which could have taken between 7-10 business days came in 3 days! I found what I was looking for. They offer NEW as well as refurbished. The condition of each item was stated right in the name of the product. I made my selection based on their recommendation. The e-mail responses were quick and educational. I was very impressed. The first e-mail reply was received just as soon as I sent an e-mail. I almost fell off my chair with surprise.
