Return PolicyCustomers who wish to return product are required to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by contacting the SMB Sales Center at 800-888-0292. RGAs must be requested within 30 days of the invoice delivery date. Once an RGA has been issued, it will remain valid until 30 days after the delivery date. The original product price paid plus tax will be refunded*.
