| Rating |   1 / 5 | | Comment | This was my first experience ordering with Calumet Photo. My web order was not fulfilled after three days, and customer support was uncommunicative - ignoring emails. The staff could provide no information (when eventually called to cancel) as to fulfillment times or shipping delays. Also, customer service could have cared less why I was canceling, or how I could be helped, so I guess business is good! Most reviews of Calumet have been positive, and that’s how I initially gauged making a purchase. After this, I cannot endorse Calumet, and would recommend shopping elsewhere. |

| Rating |  5 / 5 | | Comment | I've made many purchases from these people over the past 25 years and have yet to experience any problems I didn't cause for myself. These guys (and gals) are real pros and will go out of their way to help.
Calumet is not the absolute lowest cost up front, but when jobs have to be cancelled because of another supplier's incompetence, that extra dollar or two up front looks extremely cheap.
As soon as my latest ordering mistake from another supplier is complete, Calumet will be my one and only source for whatever I need for the job. |

They offer great online pricing, no tax, and free shipping in this case. Why buy someone's trash from E-Bay when you can get the new item from Calumet for a few more dollars and have a warranty? |
