Return PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly take the unused item back for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Any returns that arrive to either the manufacturer's location or to our warehouse AFTER 30 days will only receive a store credit and MUST be approved by a supervisor. All returns must first obtain a return authorization number (RA #). You can obtain an RA # by contacting us during our normal office hours by calling toll free 1-800-220-7743. Returned merchandise MUST be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation, packing and warranty information included. Please DO NOT MARK on the original box. If there are any markings on the original box there will be a $5.00 box charge to replace the manufacturer's box.
