For Purchases Made Prior to September 1, 2003: If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 6 months of purchase (excluding delivery and service charges). After 6 months, items may be returned for a merchandise credit. All The Company Store® products are made to the highest-quality standards, most right here in our La Crosse, Wisconsin factory.
