I just hope they look into another shipping company other than Fed-Ex, they should try USPS or UPS, anything but Fed-Ex.

They make you pay for return shipping as well. Probably because they know they sell junk. I've bought flash lights, usb cables, car adapters, etc... none of them have worked. |

It turns out that it was my mistake - but fair warning - if you have to return something YOU PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Not only do you have to pay the shipping and handling to return the item, you have to submit a request to return the items and wait another 1-2 days for a number that you need to put on the box to ship it back. Also, good luck trying to get a hold of somebody to talk to if you have any issues. Apparently there is only 1 person in charge of this type of issue as the operator answering the phone said that he (I will spare his name) was on the other line and would get back to me as soon as he could. Well, he never called back. |

I came across a coupon deal that turned the original $25.98 for two price down to $10.39, the best deal I've ever found. The headlamps are pretty decent and Meritline came through with the discount without a hitch. I've ordered other random things through them over the years like CD/DVD spindles and have never had a problem. |

The no name part was defective and of incredibly poor quality. I had to PAY to ship the item back and my return shipping was never refunded. A bunch of their stuff appears to be Chinese garbage so be careful what you order. On the bright side, they did ship the piece of crap fairly quickly and refunded my money (but not my return shipping) fairly quickly also. You might be further ahead paying a little more for better quality. |

However:
I will never buy color ink or ink cartridges period from them I have in the pass and got burn each time.
hp color was bleeding together and Epson cartridges made for my friends Epson said model # on box didn't work cause it was not made to fit due to lack of a hole needed at bottom of cartridges. |

However, I make an effort to ALWAYS uncheck any sort of opt-in newsletters or other email SPAM from any online companies. For the past 9 months, I never received anything from Meritline, but today I started receiving their SPAM that began by saying "Thanks for subscribing newsletters of Meritline.com." HA! I haven't done any business with or visited their website in 9 months so it is pretty obvious that I did not subscribe to any newsletter from this company. Instead, they harvested my email address from their purchase records and started spamming like thousands of other online merchants with deals too good to be true.
Unless you like SPAM (especially SPAM that begins 3/4 of a year after your first, last, and only purchase from the company), do not do business with this company. |

I'm not sure they can count - I ordered 1000 CDs, but they sent 1,100 (not that I'm complaining). This is my second order from meritline.com, and I'll be back for more. |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | Purchased a USB 2.0 card which turned out to have vertical instead of horizontal slots which made it all but impossible to plug a USB device into it after being installed. Who makes USB PCI cards with vertical slots? Restocking fee is ridiculous. Price dropped a day later and Meritline refused to price match. There are better vendors out there. Best to stick with the good guys.
EDIT: After receiving a call from Meritline, they clarified a number of issues including their return policy and price match policy which they are willing to be flexible with. It even appears they will pay for return shipping, who knew? After returning the card, I was pleasantly surprised to get a full refund only a few days later. |

I emailed Meritline to tell them of this problem, and within 1 hour I received an email from them apologizing for this difficulty. I honestly didn't expect them to ship me the replacement so quickly and with out any hassel. They really do believe in total customer satisfaction. I will give them 5 star rating and recommend them very high.

The 4GB card failed working within just a few days. Meritline immediately offered an RMA, I sent the card back and just a few days later received a new card. To my surprise they upgraded my class 4 card with a class 6 card at no charge!

It would have saved me my hard-earned money, i am to ship back at my expense all the discs for a 34 dollar refund? lets do the math $25 shipping cost plus the $25 delivered shipping cost equals $50, so I end up losing $16 on the transaction. When i tell them how bad the discs are they recommend that i should have bought a better brand.
Very bad customer service, all the responses seem almost computer generated. buyer beware, no quality control whatsoever. tried 127 of 200 discs, 120 unrecognized by drive, 7 burned but had finalization errors. used four different burners, HP 18x Lightscribe, lite on 16X, lite-on 18x lightscribe and sony 20x. these are worse than the old compusa branded disc which i still had 3-100pk spindles. anybody need coasters? LOL |

3/21/08 Item scanned into local post Office. Never left P.O. I emailed Meritline to inform them of this. Their response was item was a free shipped item-wait until 3/27/08. 3/25/08 fill out insurance form. 3/31/08 fill out another insurance form. 4/14/08 please confirm address. Tired of jumping thru hoops and asked for refund.
Each and every email I received a "form letter"
They did NOT bother to read emails or to follow up.

I buy way before I run out so as never to run out. Well, when so many bad media were present, I tried to get an RMA through their website 3 different times, and never got any response except the standard, 'We have received your request'. This compnay has lost my business permanently for such poor customer service. I'm sure they will reply to THIS meesage. Don't buy from this poor excuse of a company. Their product is marginal at best. |

The order was placed and processed, but it was not until two days later, and one day before the package arrived, that I even received a shipment notification e-mail with tracking number. Meritline's pricing isn't even that great, even with free shipping on many items. I would probably only consider ordering from them again if they were the only store to offer what I need.

My complaint had nothing to do with the shipment of my order being delayed, but rather the timing with which the shipment notification e-mail was received. It should be sent the day the item leaves your warehouse, not two days after. |
