DeliveryUPS and DHL do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska and FPO/APO addresses will be shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number. UPS and DHL may require a delivery signature and do not deliver on weekends or holidays. 
Return PolicyProducts are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding the shipping charge unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We cannot be responsible for actions of any Customs offices nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty. Any returns of Mederma past our 30-day Return Policy may be sent back to Mederma for the Mederma™ Guarantee. Cost of DeliveryFREE Shipping 2 Day UPS Air for all domestic orders over $49!For orders under $49, our shipping charge is a flat rate of only $3.95 no matter how many items you purchase! There is no additional domestic shipping charge for multiple items. Shipping is $15.00 for International orders (US Air Mail), and orders to Canada will only be charged $5.95. International orders over 4lbs may be charged the actual cost of shipping. If this is the case, an email requesting approval will be sent.
