DeliveryWe currently ship to US destinations only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico. All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must pay for UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping.We ship to APO addresses if it is possible (some boxes are too big). Shipment to APO addresses is via US Postal Service, Priority mail, insured with return receipt service. APO items are charged according to weight and box dimensions. As you know, APO service can take a long time for delivery and we can not track the package after shipment. We will not consider the package lost until 8 weeks after it has been shipped; at that time we will file for an insurance claim of a lost shipment (Make sure to check with you local APO / Post Office, we have found lost packages are usually behind the counter). We will not ship a replacement package until we have settled the insurance claim.
Return PolicyProducts may be returned within 15 days of the order being received by the customer. All returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included. UPC bar codes must still be intact for all returns. Unopened items can be returned without a restocking fee and will only be charged the UPS shipping cost that we incurred to ship the item (without any markups). All other returns are subject to a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee plus the shipping cost that we incurred to ship the item, unless the item is defective. Defective products are rare and can ONLY be exchanged for the same new product by DeepBlueElectronics.com (not refunded!) within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period of time, the exchange will have to be done by the manufacturer under the warranty. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our techicians. If they are found not to be defective, the restocking fee will be applied. We will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. The customer pays shipping costs for all returned items. In the case of the exchange of a defective item, DeepBlueElectronics.com will pay for the shipment of the replacement item back to the customer. Returns must be received by the warehouse within 15 days after you receive return instructions. After 15 days, the return authorization will be cancelled and any packages sent back will be refused.
