They said the item was in stock and would take 5-7 days for shipping. After 7 days, I checked on the order status. It was listed as "ready for pick up." I called and they said it would be here in two days. After another week, I checked again and it was still listed as "ready for pick up." I called again and they said there was nothing they could do. Just wait some more. After several more days, same story. I asked if they would cancel the order and they said they couldn't because it was "ready for pick up." Abolutely horrible. Ordered an item on 12/20/07. Sales rep assured me the item was in stock and would ship same day. Two days later, my order still didn't ship. Called them, then they told me my item was in a box waiting for fedex to pick it up. Another two days pass, no shipment. Called again, waited on hold for an hour, and the sales rep said that the item was not in stock, and they would be getting them in stock that day or tomorrow. Turns out, they lied about all of this, and to this day (3 weeks later) they still don't have it in stock, and naturally they charged me for everything. Now they are arguing with me about cancelling my order.
