Summary

AVOID AJ Prindle!
I placed an online order for 5 personalized garage signs for my Groomsmen. The next day I called AJ Prindle to confirm the order accuracy and the customer service rep read the details back to me, and the order was fine. Three weeks later I receive a phone call from AJ Prindle. They needed the details to complete my order for my garage sign. I advised them that the order was for 5 signs, not just one. I also advised that I already confirmed the details 3 weeks ago. Their customer service rep, ‘Emery’, stated that AJ Prindle had severe problems with their order process and that they have now been rectified, however, my order was still not processed.
My original order was promised in 3-4 weeks, which should be any day now. However, they now advised me that the waiting time is now 4-6 weeks, and the countdown doesn’t start till today. AJ Prindle sat on my order for 3 full weeks and took no action to supply the items.
I asked AJ Prindle to contact the manufacturer and request a quicker processing time for me. AJ Prindle said that they would not do so.
I then asked if AJ Prindle could compensate me for their error and give me some sort of discount. They said that they could not do that.
Then I asked for them to at least upgrade my shipping to overnight, to expedite the delivery any way possible. AJ Prindle would not even upgrade my shipping.
I asked them to email me a confirmation that my order has now been placed, which they said they would do. SURPRISE, AJ Prindle fails again and did not actually supply an email confirmation!
My last request was to speak with a customer service supervisor. I was advised that one was not available and would contact me back. I left my name, cell phone #, and email address. Evidently AJ Prindle supervisors can’t read names, numbers, and addresses, as I never received any supervisor’s attention; or possibly they just elect to ignore their paying customers.
The only task completed on my original order date was AJ Prindle placing a pending transaction on my credit card. This task was accomplished within 24hrs.
So if you want your time and money wasted, with no product supplied, then call AJ Prindle ASAP!
