| Rating |   1 / 5 | | Comment | Horrible service. I ordered from Amazon Marketplace and "Todays Concept" happened to be the secondary vendor. After three weeks, I still hadn't received the product so I e-mailed them to ask why. They nonchalantly e-mailed back and said it would take another 4 to 5 weeks to fulfill the order and I could cancel if I wanted to.
Because I needed the product, I told them that I did not want to cancel. However, the next day, I got an e-mail that they canceled the order. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with them again. They have made me a little more anzious about doing business with Amazon Marketplace even though I love the principal Amazon.com. |
