I payed $28 extra for air shipping and received a tiny styrofoam cooler with two melted cold packs inside. Basically, I wasted over $100 on a product that is now useless because it wasn't shipped properly. I've e-mailed this company twice in the last week and they haven't responded. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from an Internet vendor. |
