Comment"Watch out for any store that is actually a CSN Store. One store many alias's: Cookware.com, the Flatware Store,Food Slicer, Every Ice Cream Maker. and who knows how many else. The adds will all look simular but all you really need to do is scroll down to the bottom of the page & see if it says: a division of CSN Stores. One night I ordered a blender around 11:00 PM. The company is in Boston, MA. So for them it had to be very late indeed. I feel fairly confident they did not have anyone packing and shipping in their warehouse at that hour. After a minute or two I realized I had ordered the wrong unit. No one was in of course so I went to bed and got up at 5:00 AM my time and gave them a call. I told the reprisentative that I had placed an incorrect order a few hours earlier and I would like to cancell the order. I was informed that my order had been recieved and that a e-mail had been sent to the warehouse already. I though marvelous, these people are real fast. So I ask her to please ask the warehouse not to ship it. She informed me she would do so but that it would take 3 days for them to get her e-mail. And that I would get an email within 3 days telling me whether it had been shipped or if they had stopped it in time. Well the website had said the item was in stock and they would ship within 24 hours. Further it stated that once an item gets shipped there will be a heavy return fee. Bummer, I knew from that moment on that the CSN Stores were going to force feed me that Blender. Sure enough I got an email that same day (Jan 22)telling me the Blender had shipped and would arrive on the 25th which is today. They even sent a tracking number that showed UPS had been notified of a pending order. The real rotten part of this is that even though UPS has a pending order for pickup, today is the 25th (the day the CSN Store said it should be arriving) and hey UPS tells me the CSN Store has not even given them the item yet! Not in stock maybe? CSN Stores, what Liars. "
