| Rating |   5 / 5 | | Comment | I was impressed by how quickly the item I ordered was delivered. Also, I found a lower price than that advertised by Mounts and More; I emailed them (they have an easy web-based form), and they actually came back and beat the price.
I placed the order by phone on Thursday evening; the product arrived Monday! I believe the item was actually "drop-shipped" (shipped direct from the manufacturer, instead of from the retailer's stock). I've had bad experiences with drop shipping (from other merchants) in the past.
The sales person with whom I spoke on the phone was also very nice, courteous and professional.
Friendly service, excellent prices, and unbelievably fast shipping... can't complain! |
