We had some questions concerning the shipping methods and a sales person contacted us within 24 hours. Once we have decided to place the order, a confirmation E-mail was sent. Our status was always up to date in their web site. Also, we received a tracking number the following day. The total amount charges was exactly what is was supposed to be. Since we are living outside the USA, we were worry about the process but everything was great and without any trouble.
