| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | Well, I guess it's true that people with positive experiences typically don't post a [good] review with [online] retailers after shopping with them, considering the overall low rating of WIREFLY. Anyways, I'm quite satisfied with WIREFLY. I ordered an HTC TYTN II & pouch on the 20 May 08 & opted for 2nd day deliver via Fedex (charged $9.99 2nd day ^^). On 22 May 08 2:46 PM, my packaged arrived intact with no apparent abuse of the package ( +1 for Fedex ^^). Opened up the box & everything I ordered was in great condition. The only negative(s) I can state is that Fedex did not have someone @ my household sign for the package considering that my ORDER SUMMARY stated that it was to be signed for. Currently, I just need to f/u a rebate form (which I have low expectations on since I found out that the original owners-INPHONIC- of the site had filed for bankruptcy in 2007). |

| Rating | 1 / 5 | | Comment | Wow....what a ploy this is! I'm glad I had the time to read some reviews on your website while waiting on hold for someone at their US office in Virginia. I cancelled my order even though AT&T had approved it. Thing is the Wirefly/whereismyorder.com people insisted that I fax to them copies of the front and back of my Social Security card and driver's license! They say it is to protect me! This after they had my social and Amex # and as a former cusomer of At&T, Verizon, Sprint,Comcast, etc. Ladies and Gentlemen: do not give anyone your Social Security card and copy of drivers' license....no company needs that info unless they have other purposes for it! This is a new step to "protect" identity theft (as she told me!)? I don't think so! Be careful folks...something's rotten here! |

| Rating | 1 / 5 | | Comment | wirefly offered the cheapest price and best rebate on a Blackberry Curve i've seen compare to other online stores.
I selected my wireless plan and phone. Basically free shipping, free phone, free activation after rebates! I decided to sleep on it and make sure I made the right choices on my plan. This morning I can't even access the web site!? what kind of reputable online store goes completely offline? don't they have redundant backup system to take orders even they do maintenace of some sort? it seemed very fishy so i decided to check here and i was surprised at the very poor rating this online store received. I am glad i checked here first before clicking on CHECKOUT button. What a coincidence that they were having a All Weekend free Activation special when they decide to go completely offline.
I just checked again...still can't ping wirefy.com! :(

| Rating | 1 / 5 | | Comment | Ordered Jabra BT620s Bluetooth A2DP Headphones advertised on their site posted at slickdeals.com. The order process was slow to begin with, so I called two weeks (or there-abouts) later to check on the status. I was told by a CSR (didn't get name) that the product had been backordered, however was due the folliwng day. I could expect a shipping email in the few days.
On 3-12-08 I received an email that my order was cancelled - no explanation, although it seems clear the headset was a advertising gimic and or a means to collect information to sell.
Never, never order from these cheats. |
