Refund PolicyAll products are tested before shipping to make sure they work. After purchasing the product, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt. When returning the item, the item should be unopened and in its original re-sellable condition. The product should be in new condition without any damages, markings, scratches or missing product, component or accessories. The product should be in its original box. The return should contain all product, component, manual, accessories including proof of purchase or sales receipt. Proof of shipping to us is required to process the return. Once we receive your return in specified order and condition, we will issue a full refund of the product price, not including shipping and handling. No more than full price of the item will be refunded regardless of the circumstances causing the claim. Return shipping must be paid by customer. If the customer is returning the item for exchange due to defect on the product and it shows as false when the item arrives to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping of the item.In order to receive refund, please email us first at info@izzyshop.com. Then we will inform you with return procedure. The customer is responsible for shipping the item safely when returning the item. If the item is damaged during shipping to us, the return will not be given.
