SummaryI am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with BrandToyz’s service.
We have been waiting for your TV stand for month!
We have asked for the B/L no. (master no.) for weeks and you gave me none.Ironic enough is they promised to give this information to me right after they received our payment.
I am sure that they didn’t deliver our product by flight but we do being charged on this basis.
Fine, I “accept” they did it by sea, far off the beam, I still get nothing after a month!!!
This is totally ridiculous and I can’t accept your reply. YOU SHOW NO SINCERITY TO HANDLE THIS PROBLEM, NOT TO MENTION TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMER. Why is the product still in Shanghai!!! Why should it be in Shanghai!!!Shouldn’t there be direct freight from the States to Taiwan? We have too many businesses with the States and we know what’s going on. Also, don’t mention about the snowstorm delay in China. I don’t buy the story. A big and reputable company like you shouldn’t treat customer like this.
