| Rating |  5 / 5 | | Comment | The service was amazing. Very little hold time; the second time I called I got a CSR right away, even without the "Please press # if..." message. The CSRs were courteous and very helpful. The 2% price match was useful too. Overall this is the best customer service I have received. |
