You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt if the item you are returning is in saleable condition and has not been used.

Certain large or custom items are not returnable and are clearly described as such.
Please email greatservice@racksforall.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Please do not call our 800 number for return information - we must handle returns in writing via email. We will give you an RMA number and a return address.
Shipping charges are not refundable. For merchandise with free or included shipping, the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus actual shipping charges. Credit will be made after merchandise is received by Racks for All and found to be in new and unopened condition.
Important: Returns made without an RMA number issued by Racks for All or made to the wrong location may result in a reduced credit or no credit at all, depending on the circumstances. Please do not return an item without prior written authorization and an RMA number.

All of our products are brand new from the factory, and are shipped in original packaging from the manufacturer, carrying that manufacturer's warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. We cannot reimburse shipping and handling charges, and we do need to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
Please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that offers "Free Shipping" our actual shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. Please note that certain items may not be returned, and are clearly marked as such during the product selection process.
