Promisted to process order in 2 days but took 5 days to do it after my repeated calls.
Worst customer service. arrogant staff.
While cancelling the order i was told that there will not be any deductions if I don't accept the delivery from delivery man. But they deducted $35.
Will not recommend this dealer to anyone.
Called customer service for two weeks on daily basis... but was kept on hold most of the time. Whenever I Got chance to talk to customer service person & he promised to call me back for re-funds, but I haven't received any call from them. They don't respond even if you leave your voicemails.

| Rating | 1 / 5 | | Comment | I ordered a camera on Nov 6 and received 2 emails on Nov 6 and 8 asking me to call to confirm the order. I replied to their email and canceled the order on Nov 10. On Nov 15 they billed my credit card and shipped the order despite my not confirming the order as they had requested, and my cancellation email. In the meantime, I had bought the camera from another company. I will not do business with Enterprise Photo again. |
