Quest 4 Cameras: information

I was impressed with the speed that Quest shipped my LCD TV. The ordering process was fast and easy and Quest offered the best deal that I could find. I would use this merchant again and certainly recommend them to others.

Stay away from this company… Friends, I had the worst shopping experience of my life with this company.
The price they post on the website is by far not the true price!! Add to that it is before the tax, and they don’t tell you that nether in the website or when you call to confirm. Add to that the company charges 65 USD for "Insurance" just for shipping from NY to NJ.
The company will never process your request if you don’t call to confirm and here is the catch!!! The guy that answers the phone is so hard to work with. First of all he will lie to you by saying that the battery pack (which is included by the way and the web site says so) is not the original one and it lasts for only 15 minutes and if you want the long lasting better battery you have to add extra 150 USD and if you don’t accept the representative will start shouting at you and telling you that you don’t understand what is best for you (hello my money) and not to be a stubborn and he knows better. When I insisted to get the "BASIC" kit then he said that I can get the same package with the long life battery for the same price (huuuuuu).

That was the least of my worries with this company. After confirming the purchase and after I got congratulated by the "nice" representative I received an email informing me that my order was canceled (what the…)

I called again and the "nice" representative asked me if I did cancel the order (of cores not) and then he said that he will charge me extra 50 USD (hold it hold it) were did this extra charge came from??? The answer was that this is the original price (take it or leave it) after arguing with him for few minutes he said: (sir you don’t have to buy from our company).
