CommentI bought a weekly special 0.75 carat stud earrings and they were the best i could find for the money anywhere. I would have paid twice as much at a local jeweler. The stones were very clear and bright. I was thinking of buying an engagement ring from them but after seeing how dissatisfied everyone else is, I'm a little cautious. If anyone else has bought from them, please post a comment. I thought it was great and my girlfriend loves the earrings.

CommentMy fiancé and I were very satisfied with our experience with World Jewels. We purchased a 1 carat engagement and were pleased with the outstanding quality of the ring for the low price we paid. We received the ring promptly. Thanks to the sizing information on the site, it fit perfectly and I have been getting non-stop compliments. We loved our experience and would definitely recommend World Jewels to our loved ones.

CommentI wish I had read the reviews on this horrible company before I made a purchase. First of all, World Jewels would not ship to my office, only my home address. So I had to drive 25 minutes out of my way and wait in line for over an hour at Fed Ex to receive the package. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and found they had shipped me the wrong ring. Imagine my frustration, when I could not get a hold of anyone by phone. When I finally did reach a very rude woman, I was then told I would have to pay to ship it back. This is absurd. I'm sure that World Jewels has heard of Fed Ex prepaid return labels. I sent numerous emails trying to figure out when they would be shipping me the correct ring and refunding my shipping expense. When email did not work to get a response, I called them and waited on hold for 20 minutes to find out that it "might ship out this week”. World Jewels offers nothing except very rude, horrible service. I am a business owner and I am amazed at the complete lack of professionalism this company displays. The owners should be absolutely ashamed! Don't buy anything from this site! By the way a month later, they still have yet to refund my shipping expense that was incurred due to their error! In addition, beware... the "appraisal" they send with the ring is not by an independent appraisal company. Its whatever sticker price they want to put on a piece of paper. AGAIN... SHOP ELSEWHERE... They "great prices" are not worth it in the end!
