| Rating | 1 / 5 | | Comment | Ordered a phone battery from this vendor via Amazon. They shipped the wrong item. They did not respond to email. Had to track down their phone number and deal with an unhelpful rep. After multiple calls and a week and a half of waiting the correct item is still not here. Terrible vendor. Avoid. |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | I ordered a Blackjack aluminum hard case from BargainCell through Amazon at a great price. The order was processed quickly and I received my package within 4 days of order date. I will do business with BargainCell again. Thank you. |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | This is my first purchase from them (accessories for an MP3) and everything worked out great. They had the lowest prices, shipped out the order same day received and everything received worked as expected. While I noticed many bad reviews about them, my experience was a very pleasant one. I would buy from them again. |

Bought a cell battery from seller through eBay. Paid same day, 28DEC07. Received it a bit later on 14JAN08 but considering the holiday that was expected. What wasn't expected was the battery was utterly dead and could not be charged. (Also not expected was a notice on the invoice that defective items could be returned at my cost. This wasn't advertised with the sale nor was it made known at any time previous to receipt of the battery and receipt itself.)
My Motorola Z6m recognizes the battery and indicates it is charging but within seconds it ends with complete and still no charge exists. Explained this on eBay and requested a resend from seller, at their cost. S/he responded off-site, via email, with a canned message totally unrelated to the issue. (Appears s/he practises slight of hand, so to speak.)
From reading here and from the small percentage of negative feedback the seller has on eBay (another deception, I believe, since s/he badgers you through email to leave feedback before the transaction is complete), I quickly figured out I was never going to recieve a proper reply to any of my messages nor to my email. On evening of 17 January 2008 I opened an eBay Dispute.
Would that I had read here before I ever dealt with that company, but life is learning.
Unless you are willing to roll the dice and gamble and hope you recieve undamaged goods and never require customer service from this company, I highly recommend total abstinence. |
