Refund PolicyReturns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. An RMA is required for all returns which can be obtained by contacting customer support. Returns received within 14 days of receipt will be given credit minus actual shipping charges incurred by Ultimate Globes and a 20% restocking fee is assessed. Returns received between 15 days and 30 days of receipt will receive store credit minus actual shipping fees incurred by Ultimate Globes and a 20% restocking fee. Returnes received without a return authorization number will not receive credit. Items must be received in the original packaging with with all original contents. Items received damaged must be reported to the carrier and customer support within 72 hours of receipt. A replacement item will be shipped for items damaged in shipping and a call tag will be issued for pick up of damaged items as deemed neccessary by Ultimate Globes.
