| Rating |   5 / 5 | | Comment | I have ordered dozens of books from BN and I have never been disappointed. Descriptions are ALWAYS accurate and the books have ALWAYS arrived within one week. Prices are competitive and sale items are much cheaper than those offered by Amazon. If you join BN's club, you get weekly coupons to be used in stores or online. The coupons don't come with the phony catches attached to Borders coupons, either. |

I found a 25% off coupon online that I could use, but only for first-time registration of a new account (not membership). So, I registered, went through the checkout up to the final review. I noticed that my total was $2 more than if I hadn't used the coupon. The difference was, I lost the "FAST & FREE DELIVERY" with registration. WTF? So, I logged out, deleted the coupon, & checked out. |

| Rating | 5 / 5 | | Comment | I am very satisfied with this transaction. I buy a lot of books in store, and never before ordered from them online. They were all books that were priced at their face value, so there was no savings, amazon wasnt cheaper either, but i was able to get a bargain book for dirt cheap that i had almost bought in store for full price. Furthermore, i ordered on wednesday, and got the books on thursday - and i had free shipping. The estimated arrival date was saturday - not only that, but the order was split into 2 packages with different tracking numbers from different distrobution centers and i still got them both on the same day. I will be ordering PLENTY more from them. |

Well, they did! :) Yes, their prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. Whether it's in one of their brick and mortar stores or online, they provide good products, service, and fast shipping. |
