Return PolicyProducts may be returned within 15 days of shipment. All returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included. UPC bar codes must be intact. All returns are subject to a restocking fee; unopened items that are returned are subject to a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee while opened items that are returned are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee. Defective products are rare and can ONLY be exchanged for a new unit by BestPriceGPS (not refunded!) within 15 days of shipment. After this period of time, the exchange will have to be done by the manufacturer under the warranty. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our techicians. If they are found not to be defective, the appropriate restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Garmin BlueChart Cards are NOT returnable.BestPriceGPS will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. The customer pays shipping costs for all returned items. In the case of the exchange of a defective item, BestPriceGPS will pay for the shipment of the replacement item back to the customer. If returned items are found to not be in brand new condition with all the packing material included, BestPriceGPS reserves the right to refuse the return, in which case the item will be sent back to the customer and no credit will be issued. If you wish to return your product, YOU MUST GO THROUGH THIS ONLINE PROCEDURE FIRST to get proper instructions BEFORE shipping your product back to us. Any items shipped back to us without a prior arrangement will be refused and shipped right back to the customer immediately. Please note that Returns will not be processed without documentation including order number, address, credit card number, expiration date and reason for return. Because it involves several manual steps performed by several parties, be aware that refunds can take up to 6 weeks to process.After you submit the return authorization form, you will be contacted within 2 business days with your return instructions.
