Refund PolicyReturning Full-Price Items: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return them to gumshoe within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund of the product purchase price. All returned products must be in the same condition you received them in and must be returned with their original packaging. Failure to meet either of these criteria will be grounds for gumshoe to reject a return. If your return is deemed unacceptable, gumshoe will re-send the item to you at your expense if requested.
