Comfort trumps support

When being a yogi, you don't need all that much support for your breasts since you're not running or jumping. Rather, it's more important to find a sports bra that is comfortable and flexible for moving around in. It ideally shouldn't be too firm or have seams that scratch or press to hardly against your body.

What type of yoga are you doing?

Different styles of yoga can mean needing different types of clothing. Bikram yoga, for example, is a very sweaty type of yoga that is usually performed in a heated room (around 40°C and 40% air humidity to be exact). If you do Bikram yoga, chances are you're going to be doing it without a shirt, so having a sports bra that is comfortable, tight enough and fashionable might be the way to go.

Since all yoga demands flexibility, it's nice to do some yoga in a pair of soft training tights and a comfortable sports bra that breathes well. Make sure the material is of good quality and that it's lightweight and comfy to wear whilst doing its job of combatting moisture.
