It is a knife with a long and pointed blade with which you easily fillet all kinds of fish , from salmon to lemon fillet. The blades are sharpened in a traditional Japanese manner, which means that the blade is tapered from the top to the cut. Strong materials The handle is made of Honoki wood, a wood species related to the magnolia. This type of wood is non-perishable and impenetrable . The handle is attached to the blade with a key and is therefore very tight. The blade is made of steel and enriched with a special alloy of molybdenum and vanadium. This is the knife very sharp and they also stay for many years. Maintenance The DEBA knife, like other chef's knives, can not be cleaned in the dishwasher. Washing with lukewarm water and drying well is sufficient. In this way, the Chroma Haiku knife stays good the longest.
