From and including 01/01/2020
PriceRunner is always free to use. Shops can be listed free of charge or with a link – for links the prices below apply.
This price list contains costs per click (CPC) divided into our different category types. The prices are per click excluding VAT and apply from 1 January 2020. The prices are adapted to each category. The prices are minimum levels, which means that as a shop you can increase your bid with regard to the competition to increase your products’ visibility. As standard the prices are sorted on the site according to price excluding shipping for each product.
*Some subcategories belong to another main category in terms of cost per click.
It is possible to bid in the different categories. This means that as a store you can increase your visibility and thereby your sales. Use PriceRunner’s Merchant Zone to access bidding. Contact us for more information.
The majority of product prices on PriceRunner are added using the unique product ID. These are normally the EAN (13-digit barcode), ISBN (for books) or the manufacturer’s article no. (MSKU). When you use these IDs, this ensures that PriceRunner can automatically match your prices with the right product in our database. This is extremely important for the updating time and correctness of the listing.
If this information is missing, PriceRunner can manually match your prices, which involves greater time and cost resources. For manually matched prices and clicks from store ranges, an additional fee of £0.03 per click is charged.
One of the decisive factors that encourage people to buy from your store is the customer feeling secure when they purchase from the store. An important aspect of the process of building a secure brand is to have lots of positive reviews online.
An additional fee applies for all clicks on stores without verified reviews. The price is £0.02 extra per click. If the store has at least six verified reviews in the last six months, this fee will cease to apply.
It is free to use verified reviews – read more about it here.
PriceRunner offers registered stores access to an analysis tool to obtain insights into prices, products and market share. This service is free of charge and can help stores to increase their sales. The extended version of the analysis tool – Premium Analytics Data – costs £550 per month or £0.03 extra per click
